2. Order Verification & Processing Windows

Internal Store Fulfillment Window: Please note that it takes up to 1 business day for an order to be fulfilled internally on our storefront. Following this internal payment clearance, the supplier's automated packaging routine completes the physical preparation within an additional 1 to 3 business days.

During peak high-volume commercial periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the Christmas holiday rush, and major promotional events), overall processing times may be extended slightly. 5. Customs, Import Taxes, and Regional Tariffs
TRENDVAULT operates on an international shipping delivery scale. Any localized customs clearances, import duties, customs tariffs, or country-specific taxes leveled upon a shipment's arrival are the sole administrative and financial responsibility of the importing customer. 6. Shipping Guarantee & Refund Protection
We provide a dedicated shipping guarantee for our customers to ensure complete peace of mind. If an order misses its maximum delivery window due to a logistical delay, we offer a full refund. This protection window is counted from the date the package leaves our fulfillment warehouses and is structured around the following operational environments:

Address Exception Notice: This shipping guarantee is strictly voided if delivery issues occur due to actions outside our control, including providing an insufficient or incorrect shipping address at checkout, packages left unclaimed at local distribution centers, or an inability to contact the customer.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Consignments
